Home Visit Mobile Service
For home visit mobile massage services, our therapists can come to your home for a personalized massage experience. Please note that an additional transport fee may apply, except for certain areas (Carrum VIC 3197, Cranbourne VIC 3977, Cranbourne East VIC 3977, Hastings VIC 3915, Langwarrin VIC 3910, Langwarrin South VIC 3911, Mornington VIC 3931, Seaford VIC 3198, Skye VIC 3977, Somerville VIC 3912, Tyabb VIC 3913). Please ensure the premises are suitable, with adequate space, and our therapists will bring all necessary equipment, including a massage table.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be charged 50% of the total service cost, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Client Responsibilities
As a client, we ask that you provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage service, and for home visits, ensure the premises are clean, safe, and suitable. Respect the therapist's time and professionalism, refrain from disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, and follow any instructions during the session.

Health and Safety Measures
Your health and safety are our top priorities. All our therapists are trained in massage therapy, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We use only high-quality, hypoallergenic products. Please inform your therapist if you have any discomfort or need to adjust pressure during the massage.

Inappropriate Behavior: Zero-Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, assault, or inappropriate behavior towards our therapists or staff. If a client engages in such behavior, the therapist reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without refund, and we may refuse future services or report severe cases to authorities.

Healing Parlour and its therapists are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses from services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
